(1) The procedure for testing animals, animal products or animal products kept in quarantine shall be as follows:-
(a) Procedure for testing animals:
(1) Physical inspection and clinical examination,

(3) To use other methods or techniques of disease testing in case of suspected infectious disease.
(b) Procedure for testing animal products or animal product materials:
(1) To check whether the physical form is as mentioned in the certificate issued by the country of extraction,
(2) To check whether the weight, packing, labeling and sealing are correct or not,
(3) If there is no seal or the seal is not correct:
(a) To examine the condition of the material, colour, and texture (b) Identifying residues, transmissible elements and altered signals,
(e) identifying whether or not it has been kept at the appropriate temperature for a sufficient period of time,
(2) When taking samples for testing according to clause (b) of sub-rule (1), at least ten percent of the number of packages or parcels concerned shall be sampled from the package or parcel.
(3) If the laboratory test results of any animal, animal product, biological substance or animal product material are not immediately available and if there is no direct adverse effect on public health and animal health from such animal, animal product, biological material or animal product material, the animals of such consignment, After collecting the samples of animal products, biological substances or animal products, the importer of such animals, animal products, biological substances and animal products must make a confession and leave the location and limit on the condition that they will not be able to sell and distribute until the laboratory test report is received.
